These terms apply to use of the Crafted Windows website and to enquiries made through it. Contracts for supply and installation are confirmed in our written quotation and order paperwork, which take precedence for that work.
About us
Craft Glass Ltd (company number 11030976), trading as Crafted Windows. Address: Turners Farm, Llancloudy, Hereford, HR2 8QP. Email: info@craftedwindows.co.uk. Telephone: 01432 291556.
Website use
- Content is for general information about our products and services. Specs, colours and availability can change.
- Product photography may include manufacturer / trade imagery used for illustration; finished work on your property will reflect the survey and agreed specification.
- You must not misuse the site (for example attempting unauthorised access or submitting abusive content).
Quotes and surveys
Online and phone enquiries are invitations to discuss your project. A firm price follows a survey and written quote. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quotation. We do not use high-pressure selling.
Orders and installation
When you accept a quote, our order terms, payment schedule, lead times and access requirements apply as set out in that paperwork. Guarantees (including our 10-year guarantee on windows, glass and workmanship where stated, FENSA and Installsure backing) are as described in your contract documents.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. For website use, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on site content alone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms for website use.
